We are authorized by the management of our client to fulfil the following acquisition order and to provide consultancy for the same.

The present real estate portfolio of our client lies in the Rhein-Main area, in Rheinland Pfalz and in a few regions of Hessen. Our client also strives to acquire smaller portfolios in this region. In the context of development of other regional markets - particularly with a regional entry – the acquisition of large holdings beyond 2,000 residential units is perceived as being beneficial. Our client is, however, nonetheless, ready to create a regional portfolio with approx. 500 residential units. However, what is important is that the critical size of 2,000 residential is achieved quickly.

Significant purchase criteria:

  • Holdings starting from about 500 residential units,
  • also holdings from the fifties and sixties (if applicable with repair backlog),
  • low commercial portion,
  • low proportion of public holding,
  • properties as far as possible without building lease
